Introducing Rolls-Royce Coachbuild
Published: 06/01/2021

Every Rolls-Royce client is extraordinary, but within this remarkable consumer group there exists a class that is so significant that its members demand an object that is truly transformative; an object that makes a permanent statement, and sets itself apart from anything that has gone before. It is unprecedented.

Coachbuild is this statement. This highly distilled expression of Bespoke is reserved for those who look to move beyond existing constraints. It is based on a true commission model and represents a collaborative exploration of luxury, design and culture between the marque and commissioning client. This is contemporary patronage in its truest form.

Only Rolls-Royce, and the Bespoke philosophy that guides it, is able to deliver on the promise of curating and commissioning a product so fundamentally unique. Rolls-Royce created the contemporary coachbuilding movement in 2017 with Sweptail, a hand-built motor car that immediately became one of the world’s finest intercontinental tourers.
In 2021, Rolls-Royce Boat Tail was conceived, representing contemporary patronage in its truest form.
