When you have so much money that you don’t blink an eye when buying a brand new Rolls-Royce, what do you do? If you’re 33-year-old Houston Rockets player P.J. Tucker, you have a pair of custom shoes made to match your latest four-wheeled acquisition.
Tucker may not be a household name to those outside of the United States, but to those who are fanatical about shoes, he’s very well known. In fact, he claims to own more than 2200 pairs of shoes, and during the 2017-2018 season alone, spent over $200,000 on sneakers. It’s hardly surprising then that he wanted a special pair of shoes to go with his Cullinan .
Thus, the crew at Dank & Co crafted a pair of custom kicks based on the Air Jordan 3s. The shoes feature white leather across the outside and include a Rolls-Royce logo on the tongue, while the inside is made from red fabric. Oh, and there is an alligator print on the outside.
Tucker’s Cullinan has the same white paint and the cabin is bathed in luscious red leather.
We have absolutely no idea how much a pair of custom Air Jordan 3s like these one costs, but to the NBAer it’s probably just loose change. After all, he’s owned a own a number of impressive exotics, including a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, a Ferrari 488 Spider, and a Rolls-Royce Phantom.
